MADE FOR LONGER STAYS
Military PCS and TDY orders. Government and defense contractors. Travel nurses. Families between homes or visiting the area for a season. If you need a quiet, well-kept place to park for a month or more, this is it.
POLICIES
- Minimum stay: 28 nights. Maximum stay: 180 days per National Park regulations.
- All extended-stay guests complete a background check and sign a monthly agreement. This keeps the park safe and quiet for everyone.
- Payment due on the 1st of each month.
- Quiet hours 10 PM –7 AM
- One RV and one vehicle per site.
- RV length up to 40 ft.
MONTHLY RATES
- Full hookup (water, electric, sewer) — 50 amp: $1,850
- Full hookup (water, electric, sewer) — 30 amp: $1,500
- Water and electric — 30 amp: $1,250
Electric is included. Rates cover one RV and up to 4 guests.
